By checking off on this waiver I understand the nature of respecting DB3’s Standards.

Session Expectation Agreement

Duration of sessions will be 55 minutes. Please Arrive Early (no less than 5 minutes early to put on shoes). We do not wait or go over on time if you are late to private or small group sessions. Have maturity when critiqued. We are here to teach, not to convince you.

By checking off on this waiver I understand the expectations of Training Sessions.

Parent/Guardian Conduct Agreement

DB3 Trainers hold the right to kick parents or guardians out of sessions without warning if any of these terms are violated. The player(s) are free to continue the workout. Repeated negative behavior will result in loss of membership.

Interrupting Sessions is not tolerated.

Whether it be for passion in a given moment, or desiring to discipline your player for personal reasons, it is not acceptable to step in or interject during any type of session (private, small group, or large group). We ask that you treat our trainers with respect, as you would their Head Coach.

By checking off on this waiver I understand I will be asked to sit outside the gym during the session if this is not followed and repeated negative behavior will result in loss of membership.

Pressuring your Player during sessions is not tolerated.

There are times where players are not able to master a skill or technique, and this triggers some parents to begin saying things like: “Do it right!”, “Try harder!”, “Focus!”Effort is not the primary reason skills are gained. It has more to do with how your brain processes new information. This cannot be helped, changed, or worked around.

By checking off on this waiver I understand I will be asked to sit outside the gym during the session if this is not followed and repeated negative behavior will result in loss of membership.

Requests to Train Separately from other Players in Groups is not Permitted.

We are not the authority to tell you how you should handle conflicts, but it is possible sessions will be shared by players/families that are not your favorite within the surrounding community. We require all members to treat each other with respect and to have peace. Our gym is a neutral zone. There is no partiality.

By checking off on this waiver

I understand there are no exceptions to this rule.

Showing a Lack of Respect to your Trainer is not tolerated.

Our trainers are here to serve you and your player the best they can. Questioning a trainer’s validity is not appropriate nor helpful, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or playing experience. You will treat them as the authority in our Training sessions.

By checking off on this waiver I understand I will be asked to sit outside the gym during the session if this is not followed and repeated negative behavior will result in loss of membership.

Player/Athlete Conduct Agreement:

DB3 Trainers hold the right to kick players out of sessions without warning if any of these terms are violated. Repeated negative behavior will result in loss of membership. Sessions are not refunded or credited back after being asked to leave.

Swearing or inappropriate language is not tolerated.

If it’s not allowed on Disney Channel, then it’s also not welcome in our sessions. It is not our business how you conduct yourself outside of our gym, but it is when we are inside the gym.

By checking off on this waiver I understand I will be asked to leave the session if I do not exhibit appropriate behavior and consistent behavior will result in loss of membership.

Negative Comments towards other Players is not tolerated.

You are to focus on yourself and not others around you. You are able to voice concerns with your trainer in a private setting.

By checking off on this waiver I understand I will be asked to leave the session if this occurs and repeated negative behavior will result in loss of membership.

Sulking, Pouting, or Complaining is not tolerated.

We understand that not everyday is your best, and that is alright. But you must not bring the session down for others around you. We ask for a high level of maturity for the sessions.

By checking off on this waiver I understand I will be asked to leave the gym if my demeanor is bringing down the session and repeated negative behavior will result in loss of membership.

Bullying or fighting other Players is not tolerated.

Competition is a wonderful thing. Passion and the desire to succeed is what makes up much of our DNA. But it is never an excuse to dominate another person who is equally as valuable as you are. You are to treat others the way you would like to be treated.

By checking off on this waiver I understand I will be asked to leave the session if this occurs and repeated negative behavior will result in loss of membership.

Showing a Lack of Respect to your Trainer is not tolerated.

If your behavior would be unacceptable to your school Head Coach, it is unacceptable in our sessions. You should treat your trainer with utmost respect and know your boundaries.

By checking off on this waiver I understand I will be asked to leave the session if this occurs and repeated negative behavior will result in loss of membership.
